My husband and I worked with Rick in 2021 to remodel our home. At the time, our house was a 3br/1ba. We had a baby on the way and knew we needed more space, so we decided to convert our garage in order to expand our home and add a second bathroom.

We received quotes from 3 different contractors. We felt Supreme Builder's quote was the most fair (no, it was not the cheapest!) but what ended up sealing the deal was Rick's consistent communication and willingness to offer some flexibility based on our needs. Other contractors were either horrible communicators, or unwilling to work with us on certain aspects of the process where we needed flexbility.

Throughout the process Rick remained communicative -- we did a lot of purchasing of our own finishes and he was super collaborative in helping ensure I was meeting deadlines so his crew had everything on time. We used a software for communication, updates and timeline scheduling so we always knew if we were tracking to timeline and what work was being done in a given week.

In our home buying process we'd seen some really poorly executed garage conversions (uneven flooring, inconsistent drywall, etc) so we were a little nervous in how our conversion would turn out, but Rick ensured the work was done the right way and now, you'd never know we ever had an attached garage.

And perhaps, most importantly, Rick & his team made sure the project was done before our first son was born. We were on a very strict timeline, and we were able to move in 2 weeks before I went into labor. (His righthand man was actually at the house finishing up a few small things when we left for the hospital -- we had built a strong relationship so we trusted him to finish and lock up the house!)
